At LYRA PARIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Products must not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us : Send an email to our customer service at contact@lyra-paris.com indicating your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. Receive a return authorization : You will receive an email with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Ship the products : Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or purchase order in the package.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the description. In this case, LYRA PARIS will cover the return costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the items. The refund will be issued to the same method of payment used for the original order.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the returns procedure and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards.
• Items on sale or clearance, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.
